Mid Ohio Benefits Group will facilitate a smooth transition of benefit plans. Our firm will help your employees experience a greater appreciation for their Employee Benefits. Whether you are just starting a new plan or converting your existing plan to Mid Ohio Benefits Group, we will be there to guide you. Our enrollment process is as follows:

Conduct group meetings using enrollment kits. We will explain how the plan operates and give an extensive overview of the insurance coverage. If there are multiple locations, we can modify the process to accomodate you, the plan sponsor. We encourage spouses to attend the group sessions.

Meet with your staff to discuss enrollment and administrative procedures. In a conversion plan, for example, the process takes approximately three weeks to complete.
