Communication

We conduct group meetings and encourage employee spouses to attend. The more your work force knows up front, the less time everyone will spend on non-productive issues going forward. We include customized schedule of benefits sheets with names and numbers of contact people.

Administrative Help

We provide customized Acknowledgement forms spelling out all the responsibilities employees have to provide you with timely information in order to administer the plan. Thus, if an employee or dependent "falls through the cracks" of coverage, you are protected.

Service

Our Administrative Assistant in the group department is available on demand during regular business hours. In addition, you will receive contacts throughout the year on a proactive basis. These consist of service contacts and a call sixty days before your renewal date to obtain updated information required for us to quote the market. For retirement plans, we will contact you before enrollment periods to prepare kits and illustrations.
